1. Research

This is where we gather as much information from our client as possible about their dream home, how they live, what their goals and expectations are

Collect inspiration

Determine scope of work

Define budget parameters

Build a team

 

2. Design

Concept design and schematic design

The purpose of this phase is to establish the key program, site positioning and general design direction of the project

This phase includes more research and inspiration imagery, planning options, 3D massing and material concepts

During this phase we will develop the selected concept and produce the following architectural documents

Site Plan, floor plans, key sections and exterior elevations

3D rendered elevations of key areas

 

3. Estimate and Budget

Based on the architectural documents developed during the design phase an initial estimate will be proposed and discussed with the client

Combine the clients comments from the design phase and the budget study

Fully develop the design, producing in-depth studies of the key components

Continue to refine architectural vocabulary

 
 

4. Construction Planning

Following the design development phase construction documents required for permits are produced

All necessary paperwork to acquire permits for construction will be completed and filed

Construction study completed with proposed completion dates for each phase

Budget planning based on completion of each phase
